Tuly was so attentive and helpful. She had great tips for restaurants and activities (thanks to her, we had one of our best meals of our entire trip). The property was very beautiful and peaceful.

Requested a taxi to Cusco and the receptionist said it was 100 sol, but she charged 50USD (which is like 150 sol) in our credit card. We felt cheated and disappointed.
